7. Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Information submitted through the store is transmitted to Shopify and may also be processed by Shopify to provide, protect and improve its services. Where Shopify acts as an independent controller, its own privacy terms apply.

8. International transfers

Some recipients, including Shopify and other service providers, may process personal data outside Spain or the European Economic Area. 9. How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting, tax, consumer-protection and dispute-resolution requirements. In particular:

order, invoice and transaction records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and commercial law;
account data is retained while the account remains active and afterwards only where needed for legal obligations or claims;

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. Transactional messages about an order or account may still be sent where necessary.

11. Automated processing

Automated tools may be used to identify fraud or security risks and to support payment and order decisions. We do not intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you without the safeguards required by applicable law. If you believe an automated decision has significantly affected you, contact us to request information or human review where applicable.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no online service or transmission method is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive payment or identity information by ordinary email.
